Day 15

I remembered blenheim once told me “Live Life To The Fullest” this words had been in my heart ever since.

Knowing him for more then half a decade, he had always been encouraging, supporting and caring for me. Through the ups and downs of our friendship all these years, it had definitely bonded and strengthened us closely and strongly together.

I will always remember the great times together with him and the gang (kien tat, qing shun, sean, and jun xiong)

Beach volley and chalet at sentosa, snorkeling and fishing at trengganu, window shopping at orchard, lunch in school, dinner at long john silver, and not forgetting the many late night movies and supper together. Sharing our dreams and hopes. Kai is a good listener and very sensitive to the needs of others. Always putting others before self. He is someone who could always go an extra mile for any of his friends. During this many years of friendship, I rarely see him lose his temper. He is someone who would constantly remind his friends to be strong and move on whenever obstacles came our way.

Us friends had always envied how close his family was with him. His parents were more then just parents, but friends too.

Time flies like a jet plane, sweet memories like this stays in our hearts forever. It takes a finger to choose a friend, a handshake to make acquaintance and a whole heart to keep the friendship going.

Just before kai was admitted to the hospital, I was talking to him about booking the Dubai and Paris trip with him. Asking for his particulars before I make the booking. Few hours later. Our plans were dashed. His stay in the hospital seems like an illusion, it seemed impossible that something like that is happening to him.

These 15 days had definetly changed our perspective of life, his fighting spirit throughout this ordeal never ceased. His ordeal also led many to Christ and strengthened many people’s faith. Life is precious. Learn to cherish your love ones around you. Treasure the time u spend with them. U will never know the will of God. Life on earth is temporal; it’s not how long we live our life, but how we live our life. Blenheim had definitely live his life to the fullest this 19 years of his life. “Friendship often ends up in love, but love in friendship-Never!”

Khai is off to a better place. Rejoice and Glorify God.
